POSTPONEMENT OF AGREEMENT
Please be aware of your submission of the order is not a legally binding agreement. A binding agreement is only valid once you have received the invoice on your e-mail, which in some cases are delivered in your spam-inbox.

 

DELIVERY
We strive to ship your order within 2 working days from order date. The delivery time is 1-3 working days in Denmark (4-5 working days outside Denmark) from when your product is placed. You have the option of following your package via a tracking number from the time the package is sent until it is delivered. In case of pressure of busyness, a longer delivery time may occur.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

We ship all our products with GLS to parcel shops near you. In case of delays with GLS, PRIO cannot be held accountable for this delay. Please contact us at prioforyou@gmail.com if you have questions about your parcel.

You also have the option of picking up at our office in Nyborg, Denmark

  

RETURN RIGHT

If you regret your purchase, you have 14 days of full right of return from the day you received your order. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot refund the money.

Shipping or express fees are not refunded.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If you wish to return your order within 14 days after your purchase, we offer to send a return label on email (DK: 40 DKK, outside DK: 150 DKK).

If not, the return must be sent to:

Please note that you are responsible for the costs associated with the return, unless your return is a result of our error. We do not collect returns from parcel shops, which is why your return must be sent to us directly. We advise you to send the return with a tracking number or to purchase additional shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return otherwise.

As soon as we have received your return, we will refund your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

Always remember to notify us within 8 days of receiving your order if the item is defective or damaged, by email prioforyou@gmail.com.
